An EVM-compatible mainnet blockchain (Chain ID 7171) offering fast finality and low-cost transactions, powered by BROCK and focused on multichain DeFi interoperability.
Bitrock is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 mainnet that uses BROCK as its native gas token and supports standard Ethereum tooling (MetaMask, Solidity, RPCs). Its primary use cases include low-cost DeFi, NFTs, gaming, and fast cross-chain transfers via the native bridge, enabling quick, inexpensive transactions. Developers deploy high-throughput dApps on Bitrock to leverage predictable fees and near–real-time settlement.
Bitrock stands out for its performance-to-cost profile: near–real-time blocks (~1–2s), sub-cent average gas (often under $0.001 for simple transfers), and high throughput (theoretical thousands of TPS) while remaining fully EVM-compatible. Compared with legacy L1s like Ethereum (~12s blocks and materially higher gas), Bitrock delivers faster confirmations and cheaper fees, plus integrated cross-chain tooling for seamless asset movement. For the latest block speed, TPS, gas costs, and activity, see the official explorer linked from https://bit-rock.io.
Bitrock uses BROCK as the gas token for transaction fees. You can obtain BROCK by bridging from other chains or purchasing using thirdweb Bridge.
To bridge BROCK to Bitrock, connect your wallet to thirdweb bridge, select your source chain, choose the token you want to bridge, select Bitrock as the destination, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. The bridge will handle the cross-chain transfer instantly.
To build on Bitrock you can use thirdweb, which provides an easy way to build, monetize and scale your apps, games or agents. You can find detailed guides and documentation on https://portal.thirdweb.com to get started quickly.
To add Bitrock to your wallet, you can connect your wallet and click on [Add to Wallet] button at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can add the network manually using the RPC URL and chain details and add it to your wallet's network settings.
To send BROCK on Bitrock, ensure your wallet is connected to the Bitrock network, enter the recipient's address, specify the amount of BROCK to send, review the gas fee, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
