An EVM-compatible testnet for the Creator network, using ETH for gas (Chain ID 4654) and providing a low-cost sandbox for dApp and smart contract testing.
Creator Testnet is a public EVM-compatible network that mirrors the intended mainnet configuration and uses ETH as the native gas token (faucet ETH; no real value). It’s used to deploy and validate smart contracts, run end-to-end cross-chain bridge tests, and perform load and security checks without financial risk. As a testnet, metrics fluctuate, but you can expect low gas costs (often single-digit gwei, typically under $0.01 per transfer), few-second block times, and double-digit to low-hundreds TPS during stress runs.
Creator Testnet is optimized for bridge development by combining full EVM equivalence with native-ETH gas, so execution semantics and fee dynamics closely track mainnet while remaining inexpensive. Compared to other networks, it prioritizes predictable short block cadence and stable public RPC/faucet infrastructure for reproducible integration tests—yielding faster blocks and far lower fees than Ethereum mainnet, without chasing the highly variable, extreme TPS targets of some experimental L2 testnets.
Creator Testnet uses ETH as the gas token for transaction fees. You can obtain ETH by bridging from other chains or purchasing using thirdweb Bridge, or through faucets (for testnet).
To bridge ETH to Creator Testnet, connect your wallet to thirdweb bridge, select your source chain, choose the token you want to bridge, select Creator Testnet as the destination, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. The bridge will handle the cross-chain transfer instantly.
To build on Creator Testnet you can use thirdweb, which provides an easy way to build, monetize and scale your apps, games or agents. You can find detailed guides and documentation on https://portal.thirdweb.com to get started quickly.
To add Creator Testnet to your wallet, you can connect your wallet and click on [Add to Wallet] button at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can add the network manually using the RPC URL and chain details and add it to your wallet's network settings.
To send ETH on Creator Testnet, ensure your wallet is connected to the Creator Testnet network, enter the recipient's address, specify the amount of ETH to send, review the gas fee, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
