Its production RollApp Stack (RDK, launcher, tooling) lets teams ship custom execution environments and fee tokens without sacrificing interoperability or liquidity routing through the hub. Compared with monolithic L1s, this design delivers ~1s hub blocks, consistently low fees (often <$0.01), and scalable throughput at the RollApp layer instead of congesting a single chain.

Dymension uses DYM as the gas token for transaction fees. You can obtain DYM by bridging from other chains or purchasing using thirdweb Bridge.
