PermitMaster

This contract is a singleton that allows signature based transfers for any ERC20, ERC721 and ERC1155.

Once approved, this contract can be used to provide "signed transfer authorization" that can be relayed by anyone. The sender can thus "transfer" assets to anyone without having to pay gas. The receiver, or any other relayer, will pay the transaction fees.
