Vesting

A vesting contract that will release Ether and ERC20 according to a schedule.

The ownership of the vesting wallet can be transferred, but the vesting plan remains active. This limits the liquidity of the assets put inside (they cannot be dumped on exchanges), but doesn't prevent the owner from selling the bundle as a "future".

Voting with ERC20 tokens that implements the IVotes interface is possible during the vesting period.
