Haqq Network is a Shariah-compliant, EVM-compatible Layer-1 built with the Cosmos SDK (Tendermint PoS) and secured by the ISLM native currency on mainnet. It powers halal DeFi, compliant payments/remittances, and tokenization of Islamic finance assets (e.g., sukuk), with seamless cross-chain value transfer via IBC and standard Ethereum tooling. The Evergreen DAO enables automated Zakat/waqf and community funding aligned with Islamic finance principles.

Haqq is unique for its on-chain Shariah governance—an ethical screening framework and halal asset controls—plus the Evergreen DAO that receives 10% of new ISLM issuance to fund public-good and Islamic-finance initiatives. It blends EVM and IBC interoperability for easy bridging across Ethereum and Cosmos while delivering low operating costs and speed: typical gas fees under $0.01, block times of a few seconds, and hundreds-TPS capacity. On-chain activity is growing (commonly thousands of daily transactions), and performance is materially cheaper and faster than Ethereum L1 for everyday use.

Haqq Network uses ISLM as the gas token for transaction fees. You can obtain ISLM by bridging from other chains or purchasing using thirdweb Bridge.
