An EVM-compatible Layer 1 that connects Ethereum rollups with low-latency messaging secured by EigenLayer restaked operators, enabling global apps spanning multiple rollups.
Omni Omega is the Omni Network mainnet: an EVM-compatible cross-rollup execution and messaging layer secured by Ethereum via EigenLayer restaked operators, with OMNI as the native gas. It’s used for fast asset transfers and cross-rollup function calls across Ethereum L2s, powering omnichain DeFi, liquidity routing, intents, gaming, and shared governance. For performance, mainnet typically delivers low-cost (often sub-cent) OMNI gas, ~1–2s block times, and thousands-TPS capacity with growing activity across connected rollups—materially cheaper and faster than Ethereum L1; see docs.omni.network for live metrics.
Omni Omega pairs Ethereum-aligned security (slashable, restaked ETH via EigenLayer AVS) with a deploy-once, reach-many-rollups model that enables native cross-rollup calls from standard EVM contracts. Unlike multisig bridges, its crypto-economically secured operators verify and finalize messages with low latency while users pay interop gas in OMNI. The resulting performance—low fees, ~1–2s blocks, and high throughput—enables near-real-time cross-rollup execution that outpaces L1 speeds and many generic bridges; verify current stats in the official docs.
Omni Omega uses OMNI as the gas token for transaction fees. You can obtain OMNI by bridging from other chains or purchasing using thirdweb Bridge.
To bridge OMNI to Omni Omega, connect your wallet to thirdweb bridge, select your source chain, choose the token you want to bridge, select Omni Omega as the destination, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. The bridge will handle the cross-chain transfer instantly.
To build on Omni Omega you can use thirdweb, which provides an easy way to build, monetize and scale your apps, games or agents. You can find detailed guides and documentation on https://portal.thirdweb.com to get started quickly.
To add Omni Omega to your wallet, you can connect your wallet and click on [Add to Wallet] button at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can add the network manually using the RPC URL and chain details and add it to your wallet's network settings.
To send OMNI on Omni Omega, ensure your wallet is connected to the Omni Omega network, enter the recipient's address, specify the amount of OMNI to send, review the gas fee, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
