An EVM-compatible testnet for Orderly Network, enabling low-cost development against its on-chain orderbook and settlement rails using Sepolia ETH and Ethereum tooling.
Orderly Sepolia Testnet is an EVM-based environment on Ethereum Sepolia used to validate Orderly Network’s orderbook-perpetuals, bridging, and settlement flows before mainnet. It enables developers and market makers to test deposits/withdrawals via cross-chain bridges, portfolio margin and unified accounts, oracle and risk integrations, and trading bots with no real funds. Because it runs on Sepolia, expect ~12s block time, ~15 TPS, and low gas (often 1–5 gwei; fees paid in test ETH), with activity that spikes during test campaigns.
Unlike generic testnets, Orderly Sepolia mirrors Orderly’s production architecture (off-chain matching with on-chain settlement), letting integrators verify order lifecycle, margin requirements, liquidations, and bridge finality end-to-end. Using ETH for gas on Sepolia delivers MetaMask/Etherscan compatibility and realistic fee/latency profiles similar to mainnet while remaining faucet-funded. Compared to high‑TPS appchain testnets, raw throughput isn’t the focus; the advantage is protocol‑specific realism and cross-chain bridge testing with low, predictable gas and ~12s blocks.
Orderly Sepolia Testnet uses ETH as the gas token for transaction fees. You can obtain ETH by bridging from other chains or purchasing using thirdweb Bridge, or through faucets (for testnet).
To bridge ETH to Orderly Sepolia Testnet, connect your wallet to thirdweb bridge, select your source chain, choose the token you want to bridge, select Orderly Sepolia Testnet as the destination, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. The bridge will handle the cross-chain transfer instantly.
To build on Orderly Sepolia Testnet you can use thirdweb, which provides an easy way to build, monetize and scale your apps, games or agents. You can find detailed guides and documentation on https://portal.thirdweb.com to get started quickly.
To add Orderly Sepolia Testnet to your wallet, you can connect your wallet and click on [Add to Wallet] button at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can add the network manually using the RPC URL and chain details and add it to your wallet's network settings.
To send ETH on Orderly Sepolia Testnet, ensure your wallet is connected to the Orderly Sepolia Testnet network, enter the recipient's address, specify the amount of ETH to send, review the gas fee, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
