An EVM-compatible blockchain mainnet (Chain ID 239) with TAC as its native currency, offering low fees and quick confirmations for scalable smart-contract dApps.
TAC is the native currency of the TAC Mainnet, a production network optimized to settle trust-minimized cross-chain messages and bridge transfers. TAC is used to pay gas, stake and secure validators (with slashing), incentivize relayers, and provide collateral/liquidity rebalancing for bridged assets. It also covers governance and priority fees for time-sensitive cross-chain transactions.
TAC is purpose-built for cross-chain bridging with canonical asset mapping and on-chain verification of bridge proofs, reducing reliance on custodial multisigs. It enforces deterministic finality windows and quality-of-service for cross-chain messages to mitigate congestion and replay risks during peak traffic. Performance benchmarks (avg gas cost, block time, TPS, daily active users) are not publicly published as of Sep 2025; compare using your explorer or telemetry where available.
TAC uses TAC as the gas token for transaction fees. You can obtain TAC by bridging from other chains or purchasing using thirdweb Bridge.
To bridge TAC to TAC, connect your wallet to thirdweb bridge, select your source chain, choose the token you want to bridge, select TAC as the destination, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. The bridge will handle the cross-chain transfer instantly.
To build on TAC you can use thirdweb, which provides an easy way to build, monetize and scale your apps, games or agents. You can find detailed guides and documentation on https://portal.thirdweb.com to get started quickly.
To add TAC to your wallet, you can connect your wallet and click on [Add to Wallet] button at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can add the network manually using the RPC URL and chain details and add it to your wallet's network settings.
To send TAC on TAC, ensure your wallet is connected to the TAC network, enter the recipient's address, specify the amount of TAC to send, review the gas fee, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
